Cyber Resilience Week aims to protect UK firms from attacks

A cyber security awareness initiative is taking place across the UK this week. Called Cyber Resilience Week, it is intended to raise awareness of how organisations can be more resilient to cyber threats. Minister for Digital Matt Hancock writes: “We have world-leading businesses, but recent cyber attacks have shown the serious effects of not getting cyber security right.” Organised by the Digital Leaders group, it is taking place from the 11th to the 15th of September with 40 events across the UK designed to help businesses large and small to build stronger networks and how to manage effective resilience for their organisations.
