Commenting on the China market, Lin, who will take over the management position of Acer China, noted that Acer has already become the second-largest PC brand in China and if the company continues to expand its netbook business in the region, Acer should be able to extend its gap with Dell again since Dell is not putting as much focus on netbook as before.
