Delta Electronics supplies AC chargers for Malaysia-based FEN Sammi Huang, Taipei; Adam Hwang, DIGITIMES [Monday 30 December 2013] Delta Electronics has revealed it is supplyig home-use AC chargers for Malaysia-based Tan Chong Motor Holdings' subsidiary First Energy Networks (FEN), with the product becoming a standard accessory for Nissan Leaf electric car model offered by Tan Chong for the Malaysia market. The AC charger enables Nissan Leaf owners to use power supply at home to fully recharge their vehicles in about four hours, Delta said. FEN is the first provider of electric car power charging services in the Malaysia market and Delta has helped it set up about 20 power charging stations in a number of cities including Kuala Lumper, Penang, Melaka and Johor Bahru, Delta indicated.
