QSL Bureau—introduction of non-member payment The Society is aware that there have been a few instances, in implementing the new payment arrangements for QSL services to non-members, where RSGB members have been notified that they are not members of the Society! This appears to have arisen for two reasons: The member has not informed the society of an upgrade to his/her callsign; or; In one particular callsign group, the QSL sub-manager accidentally used a non-updated list to return 'non-member' envelopes. This sadly resulted in a few members being classified as non-members, for which we apologise. We are taking action to correct the errors and those affected will be contacted shortly. As a reminder, if you have more than one call, please will you tell us, at www.rsgb.org/amend or telephone RSGB headquarters sales department as soon as possible. Go back...
