I got an email this morning from one of my colleagues who had watched Charlie Rose’s interview with Twitter CEO, Dick Costello last night. I like Rose’s interviews too: no fluff, all insight. My colleague was struck by Costello’s comments regarding what it takes for a company to succeed, including courage, focus and a balance of both. Amazon and Apple came up as examples, of course. As with most ‘corporate success’ advice, it applies also at the individual level.
