Mouser inks global agreement with Micro Crystal

Mouser Electronics Inc. has signed a global distribution agreement with Micro Crystal, suppliers of real-time clock modules. These devices combine a 32.768 kHz tuning fork crystal resonator with a CMOS-based oscillator and RTC integrated circuit, perfectly factory calibrated inside a miniature ceramic SMD package. Each module is designed to address the demand for high accuracy, temperature compensation, and ultra-low current consumption. The modules provide standard clock and calendar functions and are available in tolerances from 2ppm to 20ppm with options including I2C or SPI interface, alarm, interrupt, power management, RAM / EEPROM memory, extended operating temperature range up to 125 degrees Celsius, and AEC-Q200 automotive qualification.
