In “How I Quantified Myself ,” reporter Emily Waltz tried out the most popular fitness-tracking gadgets on the market. In the end, she declared herself fairly unimpressed. To find out if these consumer gadgets were helping other people lead healthier lives, she talked to some early adopters.     Really interesting support for Quantified Self. I personally didn't know what it was till a few weeks ago. This is actually good article summarizing what the whole movement is about (http://bit.ly/PY3EG3). I've begun trying to quantify more of my workouts and fitness, we'll see what happens!
