SAN JOSE, Calif. — In this era of the Internet of Things, you are increasingly likely to get pulled into a project involving wireless sensor networks. Two engineers experienced in the field will provide a little free mentoring, and take live questions, in an EE Times Radio show , Monday May 9 at 11am PT. One speaker, Anthony Rowe, helped deploy a microgrid in Haiti and build a drone-based network as an associate professor of engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. He also brought networked smarts to a 40,000 sq. ft. academic building on the CMU campus working with the other speaker, Christopher Martin, a director engineering and R&D at the Bosch Research and Technology Center in Pittsburgh.
